Please note that your credit card will not be charged on booking, but 2 weeks prior to arrival a security deposit of EUR 350 will be pre-authorized on your credit card. The property will send you a payment link by e-mail after booking. Please make the payment right after receiving this link.

Please note that there is no reception. Please provide your mobile phone number in the booking process, as you will receive a text message from the property several days before arrival containing a pin code for the apartment door. After booking, the property will contact you with payment instructions.

A housekeeper is present on some hours a day, and can be reached by phone in urgent cases. Cleaning during the stay is available on request and at an additional cost.

Please note that smoking is only allowed on the balconies and terraces.

If you are travelling with children, please always inform the property about the exact number of children and their age.

Please note that the property operates a very strict no party, no gathering policy. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged automatically.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per night applies. A security deposit of EUR 350 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
